After careful consideration, we are excited to announce the Social Media Ambassadors, sponsored by Case IH, and the Farm Bureau Fellows, sponsored by CoBank, for the 2026 YF&R Leadership Conference. By the look of our applicant pool, the future of agriculture, food and natural resources is bright!

Within this role, Ambassadors will collaborate with a team of Collegiate Farm Bureau members and AFBF staff to generate a social media presence during the conference that shares the conference experience with members who couldn’t attend and demonstrates the value of Farm Bureau membership to sponsors, supporters and the outside world.

As stated in the application, through the generous sponsorship of Case IH, AFBF shall provide Ambassadors with an expense-paid conference registration, flight and hotel room and $200 travel stipend. Ambassador responsibilities begin Thursday, March 12, 2026, and conclude following the final conference event on the evening of Monday, March 16, 2026.

The Farm Bureau Fellowship, sponsored by CoBank, provides a unique opportunity for MANRRS members to gain valuable skills and industry knowledge they can apply within their chapters and future agricultural careers. Fellows will network with young farmers, ranchers, and agriculturalists from across the country while learning from industry leaders about emerging issues in production agriculture and touring local farms. The program includes exclusive Fellowship activities before and during the conference, as well as full financial support—covering conference registration, airfare, hotel accommodations, and a $200 travel stipend. Participants will earn recognition as a 2026 Farm Bureau Fellow and receive a complimentary one-year Farm Bureau membership in their home county.

Be on the lookout for these familiar faces throughout the YF&R Leadership Conference!
