The Farm Bureau Fellowship, sponsored by CoBank, provides a unique opportunity for MANRRS members to gain valuable skills and industry knowledge they can apply within their chapters and future agricultural careers. Fellows will network with young farmers, ranchers, and agriculturalists from across the country while learning from industry leaders about emerging issues in production agriculture and touring local farms. The program includes exclusive Fellowship activities before and during the conference, as well as full financial support—covering conference registration, airfare, hotel accommodations, and a $200 travel stipend. Participants will earn recognition as a 2026 Farm Bureau Fellow and receive a complimentary one-year Farm Bureau membership in their home county.
Be on the lookout for these familiar faces throughout the YF&R Leadership Conference!
