Invasive Pest Workshop Slated For Early December

This is a reminder that the Invasive Pests Workshop will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025 from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the State Evacuation Center (8125 US-71 Alexandria, LA 71302). 

The workshop will be in-person and lunch will be provided. Please register, if you haven't yet, using the link (https://forms.office.com/r/4GE6YAxPeA).

Speakers include entomologists Drs. Rodrigo Diaz, James Villegas, Blake Wilson and Dawson Kerns. State Veterinarian Dr. Christine Navarre, Tina Peltrier, Louisiana Department of Agriculture And Forestry, Dr. Shelly Kerns, LSU AgCenter Corn & Cotton Specialist, Dr. Ronnie Levy, LSU AgCenter Rice Specialist, Dr. Ashley Edwards, LSU AgCenter Livestock Specialist, Dr. jBrijesh Angira, LSU Rice Breeder and Dr. Madison Flasco, LSU AgCenter Plant Pathologist.
