Corn Maze at Burden Scheduled for Saturdays in October

BATON ROUGE, La. — Get ready for fun for the entire family during Corn Maze at Burden 2021 happening at the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens each Saturday in October.
Dates for the event are Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Participants can choose from three sessions to attend. The morning session will run from 10 a.m. to noon. The afternoon session will be from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. And the evening session will run from 3 to 5 p.m.
Each two-hour Corn Maze experience will allow guests to traverse the maze, meander through the sunflower fields, ride a hayride and pick satsumas with the ones you love. Other activities include climbing a hay mountain, traveling through a mini hay maze, playing in a corn crib, a petting farm with Goula Paradise Farms, pumpkin picking, take-home crafts and more.
Fun festival foods will be available for purchase from a variety of local vendors, including Dick Steel Funnel Cakes, Grammy’s Kettle Corn and City Gelato. Also, a simple concession stand offering water, candy and snacks will be available.
Tickets must be purchased in advance and are available at https://cornmazeburden2021.eventbrite.com. Admission is $15 per person and free for children 2 and under; however, all ages must have a ticket to enter. Tickets will not be sold at the gate, and quantities are limited.
