Update: Third Arrest Made in Cattle Rustling Ring

BATON ROUGE – A third suspect is in custody in connection with stealing livestock valued at more than $1 million from four Louisiana livestock markets. Thirty-nine year old Justin Thompson of Hinston, La., was booked into the Allen Parish Jail.
