Gulf Hypoxia Zone: AFBF Says Weather is to Blame (with audio)

The so-called "dead zone" off of the Louisiana coast in the Gulf of Mexico is projected to be the largest ever recorded this year. It's a problem that originates hundreds of miles upstream, and the American Farm Bureau Federation says excessive spring flooding is to blame.
