Owings Receives Career Award from Horticulture Society

BATON ROUGE, La. – Allen Owings, a commercial ornamental horticulture specialist with the LSU AgCenter, received the Henry Covington Extension Award for Horticulture Professionals from the Southern Region of the American Society for Horticultural Science.
