FDA Approves New Products To Right New World Screwworm

Merck Animal Health announced Dec. 4 that it has received conditional approval from the Food and Drug Administration for Exzolt Cattle-CA1 for the prevention and treatment of infections caused by New World screwworm larvae. 

According to the company, Exzolt Cattle-CA1 is a fluralaner topical solution, one of the newest classes of parasiticides known as isoxazolines.
