Louisiana Cattlemen's Association Congratulates Rep. Johnson On Election As Speaker Of The House
Today, the Louisiana Cattlemen’s Association (LCA) applauded Rep. Mike Johnson on his election as Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives. LCA President Vendal Fairchild released the following statement:
“It’s an exciting day for Louisiana’s cattle producers to see Rep. Mike Johnson become the first representative from Louisiana to serve as Speaker of the House. Speaker Johnson is a leader for Louisiana and a champion of rural America. The Louisiana Cattlemen’s Association looks forward to working with Speaker Johnson to advance policies that support Louisiana’s hardworking beef farmers and ranchers.
