The Louisiana seafood industry is important to the state's economy, but it has faced difficult times because of rising inputs, storms and imports flooding the market. To help producers and processors, the LSU AgCenter and Louisiana Sea Grant have opened a seafood processing demonstration lab. LSU AgCenter correspondent Craig Gautreaux has this report from the Iberia Research Station.
