Tangipahoa Parish Council agreed Monday to implement a set of regulations that companies will have to follow to farm solar energy in Tangipahoa Parish.
The solar farm regulation debate has been at the forefront of Tangipahoa Parish Council business since February when developers began showing interest in expanding solar energy plants into the north end of the rural parish.
