Former Kinder shortstop Blake Trahan retires from MLB to Pursue Agriculture

After two years with the Cincinnati Reds, former Kinder High shortstop Blake Trahan is retiring from Major League Baseball.

“I’m definitely going to miss the people I’ve met the past few year,” Trahan said. “I’m just excited for my next journey,” he added.

Back in 2015, Trahan was selected by Trahan plans to pursue his second passion-agriculture. He’s enrolled into McNeese State to study Agriculture.
