LSU AgCenter Receives Extensive Damage from Storm, LSUA Left Without Power

Buildings can be replaced, but lives cannot.
While LSU of Alexandria is left picking up the pieces from Wednesday's storm, the thankful thing is that no one was hurt or killed.
"The electricity is out and we have some damage on the LSUA campus, but most of the severe damage is on the research side," LSUA chancellor Paul Coreil said. "The LSU AgCenter took a direct hit from the tornado. Compared to what they have, we were spared."
