Village of Gilbert receives $1.4 Million USDA Grant and Loan to Improve Sewer System

The Trump Administration announced Tuesday that the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is investing $891 million to modernize rural drinking water and wastewater infrastructure in 43 states.

USDA Rural Development State Director Roy Holleman said an investment of $3,446,000 will go directly to rural Louisiana, with a part of that going to the village of Gilbert.
