Livestock Theft in St. Landry Parish

BATON ROUGE – A St. Landry Parish man is accused of stealing 11 head of cattle. Richard P. Breaux, 208 Noah’s Ark Blvd., Cankton, La., was arrested by the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry (LDAF) Livestock Brand Commission on Thursday, August 8, 2019. Breaux is charged with 11 counts of theft of livestock.
