Livestock Theft in St. Helena Parish

BATON ROUGE – The Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry (LDAF) Brand Commission arrested a St. Helena Parish man who is accused of stealing three calves. Cleophas D. McClendon of 530 Gaylon Allen Road, Greensburg, La., was charged with one count of theft of livestock on July 25, 2019.
