Louisiana Businessman is a Leader in Crawfish Farming, Having Invented the 'T' Rod

Fields of soy and open land flash by on rural Louisiana Highway 167 leading to Ville Platte. Like most two-lane highways in south Louisiana, there is a highly regarded boudin shop at an intersection and a small school that sits across from a Catholic church. But unlike most small highways, there also is a crawfish super store. Cary Lee and Jenny Robins, siblings and co-owners of the Crawfish Center, have everything needed for crawfish farming, from traps to waders to sacks and bait.
