African Delegation Hears About Strawberry Production, Harvest, Storage

PONCHATOULA — While migrant workers harvested row after row in Eric Morrow’s strawberry field, international visitors stood amazed at the harvesting process. The group is in the U.S. for two weeks to learn about post harvest loss management of fruit, vegetable and grain crops.
