Louisiana Crawfish Crop Looking Mighty Fine So Far

Crawfish season is underway and, so far, it's looking pretty good. LSU Ag Center Aquaculture Specialist Greg Lutz has some good news crawfish fanatics: this year’s crop is looking A-OK. Granted, this won't be a "record-setting" year for our state, but I'll take good over bad any day.
