Dumas to host 2020 Tri-State Soybean Forum Jan. 3

Soybean growers who faced weather-ravaged crops in the 2019 season will hear guidance for production and marketing decisions, during the 2020 Tri-State Soybean Forum, at Dumas Friday, Jan. 3. The Tri-State area includes Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi.

The free session will begin with registration at 8 a.m. at the Dumas Community Center, according to a news release.

“To say the 2018 and 2019 growing seasons have been challenging for Mid-South soybean growers is an understatement,” said Kevin Norton, Ashley County extension staff chair for the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture. “We want to help our growers by offering some help for their decision-making.”
