Louisiana Cotton Harvest Half Done

The Louisiana cotton harvest has hit the half-way mark, according to the latest Louisiana Crop Progress and Condition Report released Monday. The report shows cotton harvest now 51 percent done. Soybean harvest is finishing up, with 80 percent of the beans now out of the field. Sugarcane harvest is now 9 percent complete.
