Feliciana Wildlife Expo:

The Feliciana Wildlife Expo is back at the beautiful 1,800-acre Bob R. Jones Idlewild Research Station in Clinton, with lots of ground to cover. The expo includes presentations on diseases in Whitetail deer, timber management for wildlife, the snakes of Louisiana, falconry, the Louisiana black bear, the mission of the Bob R. Jones Wildlife Management Institute, and other nature-related topics. Beyond the lectures, there will be field demonstrations of mist netting, banding songbirds, trapping feral hogs, wildlife food plots, and processing feral swine safely as well as 4-H shooting sports and AgMagic educational presentations.
