Nicholls State University Working to Improve Crawfish Quality

Under the guidance of Chris Bonvillain, students at Nicholls State University are studying ways to improve crawfish quality in the Atchafalaya Basin. “We’re trying to prove that when you improve water quality, you improve crawfish,” said Bonvillain, an assistant professor and graduate program coordinator in the Department of Biological Sciences.
