Jack Dillard: Lamb is a Great Alternative to Beef

It was in the early 1960’s, we had just built a new home on a few acres in the Grawood area of Keithville and we had about 20 or more folks out to eat and visit as we all were concerned with Polled Hereford Cattle and kids. Not to fool anyone, but to share some of the meat we had in the freezer, Burniece cooked up lamb burgers and they were going fast.
