Projections Promising for Plentiful Pecan Harvest

The unusually wet and cold weather of spring has actually been good for Louisiana's pecan and fruit trees. A good example is a 100-acre pecan farm in south Caddo Parish, which is the one of its kind in the south. The LSU AgCenter's Pecan Research Station is now nearly 90 years old and according to director Charles Graham this year could one of its most productive for its trees.
