Louisiana Rodeo Cowboy Association Hosts Special Kids Rodeo Friday

SHREVEPORT - Some special kids in Bossier Parish got a chance to hang out with some cowboys at the State Fair of Louisiana Friday. The fair and the Louisiana Rodeo Cowboy Association partnered up with the Bossier Parish School Board to host their first ever special kids rodeo.
