Louisiana’s First USDA Agricultural Land Easement to be Placed On 100-Year-Old Rice Farm

VERMILION PARISH, La. — The Conservation Fund has been awarded $500,000 through the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation’s (NFWF) Gulf Coast Conservation program to complete the first U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Land Easement project in Louisiana.
