James “Bozo” Cox in Cameron Parish Gets Ready for Harvey’s Second Landfall (with video)

This isn't Bozo Cox's first storm--he's gotten four in the last 15 months. While he hasn't moved much of his own cattle near Sweet Lake in Cameron Parish, he is keeping an eye on this extremely unpredictable storm. Harvey has dumped 26 inches of rain in his area since Thursday and will likely dump another foot of rain before it's done as it makes its second landfall today. Flooding in Cox's area may continue into next week as water north of him drains south towards the marshes.
