Farmers in Northeast Louisiana are Preparing for the Potential Impacts from Hurricane Harvey (with video)

RAYVILLE - Farmers across Northeast Louisiana had the best crop yield this year up until about three weeks ago when we started to receive more rain than usual. Now, farmers could be dealing with damaged crops if we do see a lot of rainfall from Harvey.
