Rain Continues to Slow Harvest and Hurt Crop Conditions

Louisiana's corn and rice farmers got a big jump on harvest this year, but nearly constant rains have slowed the harvest pace and caused crop conditions to drop, according to the latest Louisiana Crop Progress and Condition Report.
