Louisiana Soybeans: Will Beans Flooded by Cindy Take a Hit?

This spring, high amounts of rainfall have hindered plant growth and even in some fields reduced plant populations to levels where replanting was necessary. Now, tropical storm Cindy has dumped large amounts of rain across the soybean producing region of Louisiana.
