Arrests Made in Richland Parish Cattle Thefts

BATON ROUGE – Two people from Franklin Parish are accused of stealing livestock. Inspectors say the suspects tried to sell two heifers to employees of the Delhi Livestock Auction in Richland Parish under “suspicious circumstances” on Monday, May 15, 2017.
