Crawfish Harvest Preparations Begin

Crawfish farmers around Acadiana are gearing up for their next harvest. Farmers are hopeful that this year's crop will be better than last year's. Farmer Alan Lawson's crop is changing with the season. He's turning his rice farm into a crawfish pond.
