Louisiana Pecans: Volume Expected to Be Light

Light shipments coming onto the market this week. Very few Improved varieties offered. Volume is expected to be light. Most of the pecans are being sold for retail off the farm or for gift pack sales. Some quality issues reported, with up to sixty percent blow out during the cleaning process.
