MOREHOUSE PARISH — Gov. John Bel Edwards and Agriculture Commissioner Mike Strain began a statewide ag tour Tuesday, but before hearing from farmers, they feasted at an old-fashioned pea cookin' here in Venoy Kinnaird's barn.
