Louisiana Continues to Dry Out as Harvest Progresses

A dry, hot fall is taking its toll on Louisiana farmers as they wrap up the 2017 harvest. Soybean harvest is nearly done, with 91 percent of the crop harvested, while cotton harvest stands at 63 percent complete, according to the latest Louisiana Crop Progress and Condition Report.
