Louisiana-Cuba Conference Planned

Cuba and Louisiana have been strong trading partners since before Cuba was a country and Louisiana was a state. Cuba was formerly the #1 rice buyer from Louisiana, but the more-than-50-year embargo put an end to that great relationship.
