Louisiana Flooding Affecting Transportation, Crops

Louisiana has been under siege for weeks from torrential rains causing catastrophic flooding as harvest neared. Crops are waterlogged in flooded fields, some rail lines were under water and roads closed, making transport of grain (or anything) difficult.
