AAA reports another large jump in gas prices as the statewide average for a gallon of regular gasoline is up another 15-cents from yesterday to $3.63. The price for a gallon of diesel gasoline has surpassed four dollars. Louisiana Agriculture Commissioner Mike Strain says the rising price for fuel will head to higher prices for groceries.
“If you look at the price of diesel and fertilizer today that will show up in the cost of food in 12 to 18 months from now,” said Strain.
