SW LA Forestry Association Annual Meeting & Forestry Forum February 12
After two years of absence due to the coronavirus pandemic The LSU AgCenter and SW LA Forestry Association will be presenting programs to help forest landowners and professional foresters with managing their forests more profitably.
The event will be held Saturday, February 12, 8 am – 1:30 pm, at a NEW VENUE: Rosepine Research Station, 176 Research Road, Rosepine, LA.

Mike Johnson, LA-4, Q&A Property Tax Update, Mr. Brent Rutherford, Beauregard Parish Assessor, USDA-NRCS Update, Mr. Corby, District Conservation, LDAF Update,New Prescribed Burn Association, CC Richmond, LDWF, Local Timber Markets, Mr. Paul Stone, SWLAFA President and Consulting Forester
The cost is $25 per household comprised of a husband, wife, and dependent children. The cost also includes annual membership dues and entitles members to attend other workshops at no charge.
