The name is changing, but the dedication to Louisiana’s farmers, ranchers and folks who depend on agriculture is not. The Voice of Louisiana Agriculture website is now The Louisiana Farm Bureau News.

Since 1922, Louisiana Farm Bureau members across the state have trusted The Louisiana Farm Bureau News to keep them informed about policy affecting agriculture, changes to the farming and ranching industries and what their neighbors are doing on the parish level.

Now, on the cusp of the organization’s centennial, The Louisiana Farm Bureau News is moving into the digital age as a website updated every weekday and will continue to be your one-stop-shop for all agriculture news from across the state. You’ll also find features about the state’s largest general farm organization, links to podcasts created by the Louisiana Farm Bureau Federation and videos produced specifically for you.

In addition, you’ll be able to sort news stories by commodity with just one click and, in the very near future, we will add updated commodity prices, courtesy of DTN.

Visit the website at www.lafarmbureaunews.com and e-mail ideas for news stories to news@lfbf.org. We’d love to hear from you and look forward to bringing you the Louisiana agriculture news you expect, along with more stories focused on what Louisiana Farm Bureau members are doing across the state.
