Girard Park Pond Stocked with Trout as Part of LDWF's Get Out and Fish Program

On Thursday, anglers can cast their lines for rainbow trout at the Girard Park pond.

The pond is one of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) Get Out and Fish sites. LDWF stocked the pond early Thursday morning with adult-size, rainbow trout, weighing one to two pounds.
