Advanced Corn Production Meeting Announced

There will be an Advanced Corn Production in 2021 meeting on January 28, 2021 at the Scott Center in Winnsboro, LA.  The topics are grouped together by similar timing during the production season.  First group is dicamba/paraquat update, weed control, early season topics are dicamba/paraquat updates, weed control, and early season insects.  Accurate planter operation, Nitrogen management and plant population/row spacing cover the early production phase.  Irrigation for profit and fungicides cover the mid-season group.  Grain bins, post-harvest weed control, and cover crop options round out the schedule of speakers. 

This meeting will be a limited in-person meeting, but it will be live streamed to allow anyone to attend  and gather some information on maximizing corn production and profitability for their corn crop in 2021.  The live stream portion of the meeting will be done on Microsoft Teams.  To attend the meeting via Teams, click on the link below and join it.
