La. Women in Agriculture Conference Kicks Off March 12

The annual Louisiana Women in Agriculture (LWAG) conference is just around the corner. LWAG will take place at the Randolph Riverfront Center in Alexandria on Thursday March 12 and Friday, March 13 and will not disappoint with compelling speakers, more vendors and new Agri-Tours.
The conference kicks-off with its renowned agri-tours on Thursday. This year there are two amazing tour options available: The cattle Tour visits a micro-dairy and cattle operation in Many and Leesville. The forestry Tour visits Martin Lumber Company’s OSB plant in Oakdale, Kisatchie National Forest and a long leaf pine operation.
