Delhi Farmer Pleads Guilty to Stealing Nearly $17 Million

MONROE - A Delhi farmer has pleaded guilty to defrauding multiple entities out of nearly $17 million dollars. The Department of Justice says 45-year-old Thomas Dickerson lied to more than seven financial institutions, insurance providers and government entities to get loans and other compensation.
