Louisiana Wheat Harvest Two-Thirds Done

Two-thirds of the 2019 Louisiana wheat crop is now out of the field, according to the latest Louisiana Crop Progress and Condition Report released Monday. The report shows wheat harvest now 68 percent complete. Winter wheat ratings show 1 percent of the crop rated excellent, 48 percent rated good, 40 percent fair and 11 percent poor to very poor.
