Crawfish Farm Owner Gives Hands-On Lesson to Day Care Students

ABBEVILLE - It was all about crawfish today at Bright Beginnings Day Care Center in Abbeville. Crawfish farm owner Andre Leger educated these two to five-year-olds about one of South Louisiana most sought after delicacies. The kids were able to learn about the crawfish and get some hands-on experience, including indulging in some delicious boiled crawfish.
