Louisiana Soybean Farmer Speak About MFP

Erwinville, La – Louisiana soybean farmers are feeling the impacts from the U.S. trade war with China.
Local farmer Donald Schexnayder of West Baton Rouge Parish says he used to sell a large supply of his soybeans to China who historically bought 60% of Louisiana’s soybeans. The Trump administration is issuing a relief package for soybean farmers, and more than $180 million dollars of that will go to farmers in the state.
