The Farm Project Restoring Hope in Winnsboro

WINNSBORO - A new garden is springing up hope in Franklin Parish. Delta Initiative kicked off its Farm Project by hosting a ribbon cutting on Tuesday. Workers said it is all part of trying to make a positive change within the community.
