Jack Dillard: July 4th and Watermelon Go Hand in Hand

When the 4th of July arrives, the thoughts of watermelon always come to mind and we have had a slice or so already this year. I admit the seedless smaller melons are “easy eating,” but I can’t find the watermelon taste like the older varieties with the seeds.
