Abraham Named to Farm Bill Conference Committee

WASHINGTON - Congressman Ralph Abraham, M.D., R-Alto, has been named a member of the conference committee that will craft the final version of the Farm Bill. Under our system of government, differences between two versions of the same bill – one passed by the House and the other passed by the Senate – must be ironed out during a conference committee.
